Round copper, brass & copper alloy tube sizes
All round tubes share the same OD range. Wall thickness is 0.35–5 mm for UNICOP™ copper tubes and 0.25–5 mm for brass and copper alloy tubes. Tell us the exact OD, wall thickness and length you need and we will confirm it with your quotation.

Square copper & brass tube sizes
Square tubes are made in copper and brass. Special sizes outside this range can be made when the order meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Tempers and lengths available
All three tempers are available, as per client requirements. Straight lengths are supplied up to 18 ft (approx. 5.5 m), and longer lengths can be made on request.
Soft (annealed)
The softest temper, chosen where the tube will be bent, flared or formed.
Half-hard
A middle temper, between soft and hard.
Hard
The hardest, most rigid temper, chosen where the tube must hold its shape.
Inch to mm conversion for tube OD
A unit conversion for common fractional-inch OD sizes within our 1/4" to 4" range. This is a conversion reference, not a stock list — please enquire for your exact size.
Round tubes are made from 1/4" to 4" OD, with 0.35–5 mm wall in copper and 0.25–5 mm wall in brass and copper alloys; square tubes from 3/8" to 2". Special sizes can be made when the order meets our MOQ.
