We make round copper and brass tubes from 1/4" to 4" OD (6.35–101.6 mm). Wall thickness is 0.35 mm to 5 mm for copper tubes and 0.25 mm to 5 mm for brass tubes. We also make square copper and brass tubes from 3/8" to 2" (9.52–50.8 mm). See our size chart for the ranges by product.

Yes. Special sizes, including square tube sizes outside our 3/8" to 2" range, can be made when the order meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ). The MOQ is confirmed for each enquiry, so please share the size, wall thickness, length and quantity you need.

All three tempers: soft (annealed), half-hard and hard, as per client requirements. Tell us how the tube will be bent, formed or machined so the right temper can be confirmed with your quotation.

We supply straight lengths up to 18 ft (approx. 5.5 m). Longer lengths can be made on request.

Our brass tubes are made in 70/30 brass, and we also make brass bangle tubes. Our copper alloy tubes are Admiralty brass (CuZn28Sn1) and aluminium brass.

Yes. All our brass tube grades are suitable for chrome plating. The tubes are supplied not polished. Sanitaryware has been our core market for brass tubes for many years.

Yes. We make copper tubes for earthing electrodes and lightning arresters, and EC grade copper tubes for cable lugs.

UNICOP™ is BK Industries’ trademarked product brand for copper tubes and copper coils, including our copper pancake coils. It is not a separate company. UNICOP™ products are made and supplied by BK Industries, while our brass tubes and copper alloy tubes are sold under the BK Industries name.

Our in-house laboratory carries out hardness testing and hydro (hydrostatic pressure) testing.
